It was a night full of heartwarming tribute, gift giving and karaoke
singing for the man behind the exemplary accomplishments of the
Workers’ Compensation Task Force and MISSA, Adrian Nippress.

After several years of deferment, the Nitijela of the Marshall Islands has finally passed Bill 95ND1 on March 24, 2023, also known as the Workers’ Compensation (Amendment Act) 2023.

Pursuant to Section 146 of the Social Security Act (the “Act”) found at 49 MIRC 146, the Administration may, at any time, require a person receiving any benefit under this Chapter to provide evidence to the satisfaction of the Administration of his entitlement to such benefit.
