The Marshall Islands Social Security Administration (MISSA) is accepting bid proposals from interested individuals, entities and/or agencies for its System Migration and Modernization.

MISSA has always been an active advocate and benefactor of the Practicum Program of the Public School System (PSS). This training program, also known as internship, is a requirement of PSS before senior high school students are allowed to graduate.

Pursuant to Section 146 of the Social Security Act (the “Act”) found at 49 MIRC 146, the Administration may, at any time, require a person receiving any benefit under this Chapter to provide evidence to the satisfaction of the Administration of his entitlement to such benefit.

Dozens of retirees, together with MISSA management and staff celebrate today the 19th Retirees’ Day which also coincides with the 54th Foundation Day of the Marshall Islands Social Security Administration.
