Main Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of MISSA’s information technology department and computer systems:

  • Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks;
  • Develop measures and implement policies related to network security, disaster recover, back-up procedures and I.T. infrastructure;
  • Establish, measure, and define I.T. goals and maintain an I.T. roadmap;
  • Conduct computer workshops and training programs for MISSA staff;
  • Perform routine system audits and present systems operations report during management meetings;
  • Initiate major I.T. projects such as system updates, migrations and upgrades;Remain up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices

Place of Assignment
Majuro, Marshall Islands

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in I.T., Computer Science or related field

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in I.T. Management;
  • Experience with network installation and administration (Cisco certification a plus);
  • Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and I.T. security;
  • Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of MISSA-Ebeye office that include tax compliance, customer service, claims & benefits, cash management, information technology, public relations and coordination with government agencies & traditional leaders, and supervision of MISSA-Ebeye staff.

Ebeye, Kwajalein Atoll

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree and at least 2 years related work experience in a supervisory/managerial level
